Can I use Green and Blacks 70% Cocoa solids organic chocolate in a recipe for someone who cannot have dairy produce? The recipe I have says dairy and gluten free but tells me to use a chocolate with 70% cocoa solids, so I’m confused! Please help, thank you, Caz

Hi Caz,
Yes you can. People who cannot eat dairy produce are unable to eat anything made from milk. Cocoa solids come from cocoa beans, so they aren’t dairy. Most dark chocolate is also gluten free, as one of the main places you find gluten is in wheat flour.
