Organic baby food on benefit
My Local Health Trust (and the majority in wales) do not offer Organic Infant formula as an option for people on benefit (even though it is one of the items on the list) they say this is due to lack of demand. Surely this cannot be true there seems to be as big an organic baby food section as non organic now. Where can I find information on usage as I would like to take this further. I beleive that the organic (especially as its cheaper) should be the first one offered.

I wish I could help, Marc, as it does seem outrageous. I suggest you get in touch with a woman called Lizzie Vann who is an excellent campaigner for organic fodd, specifically for babies, and is also the MD of an organic baby food company called Baby Organix.
