Transitioning back to eating meat

Ah yes, hugs always nice ;)

Top tip of the day is, gently does it. A little bit of what you fancy, not a big gorge out banquet for six. And start out with lighter meats like poultry or pork. Personally I only eat beef a couple of times per year. I still eat lots of vegetarian and vegan dinners. But just a little bit of meat and poultry now and then, with fish at least once every week seems to keep me feeling happy, healthy and active.
